[This is my story]
Over the past decade, I’ve assisted managers, directors, and founders transform their leadership styles to build unstoppable teams.
My career began as a technical manager focused on task completion, but I realized that technical skills alone weren’t enough for exceptional performance. Like many leaders, I quickly realized that technical skills alone were insufficient — I needed to elevate my leadership abilities.
This journey taught me a valuable lesson: Leadership isn’t about being a hero. Leadership is about helping and empowering your team to be the heroes.
Today, I combine my passion for agile coaching and my experience with leadership to help leaders become empowered team builders.
When I’m not working, I train Brazilian JiuJitsu, read about leadership, product management, and psychology, and spend time with my family in Sabadell.
